Position Summary:
The General Manager at Isla’s Southern Kitchen is responsible for leading the team in delivering outstanding guest experiences while managing daily operations and achieving financial goals. This role requires a leader who is passionate about Southern hospitality, food, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team that embodies Isla’s culture of warmth and hospitality.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that encourages teamwork.
Guest Experience:
- Ensure every guest feels welcome and leaves with a lasting impression of exceptional service and quality.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, service flow, and staff performance.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Financial Performance:
- Manage budgets and control costs to achieve financial targets.
- Drive sales through creative promotions, private event bookings, and effective leadership.

Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally within a casual dining or Southern cuisine concept.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
A commitment to guest satisfaction and attention to detail.
Financial expertise, including budgeting, cost control, and driving profitability.
