- Book Catering and Private Dining events across all the brands at JTR Group.
- Develop relationships and outside sales leads for the JTR Group by networking, prospecting, and marketing our services and capabilities throughout the Tulsa area.
- Nurture the relationships already within the JTR Group by utilizing our guest database to build repeat business.
- Secure a contract and deposit for each Catering and Private Dining event booked.
- Coordinate with the Catering team on event details to secure the contract.
- Ensure event details are clearly communicated to the management teams at each location to execute service.
- Follow up with each host following their event to deliver gratitude and get feedback. Leave the door open for future repeat business.
- Base salary $30,000 annually
- Commission on new sales - 3% of Food and Beverage (new sales constitutes business from clients who have not held an event with JTR Group within the last 3 years)
- Commission on repeat sales - 2% of Food and Beverage (repeat sales constitutes business from clients who have held an event with JTR Group within the last 3 years)
